How to deploy a bot using Rasa/DialogFlow and agent handoff for Facebook?

Step 1: First, head on to your chatwoot dashboard, go to settings->inboxes and click on add inbox, then click on Facebook.

If you want to hand off a conversation from a bot to an agent, then go to settings -> inboxes -> channel settings, then setting to auto-assign to disable. Now when a user sends a message, an agent will manage the conversion instead of the bot.

How to deploy a bot using Rasa/DialogFlow and agent handoff for Whatsapp?

Step1: Click on add button from settings->inboxes pages and click on the Twilio icon.

Step 2: Next, fill the fields in this window with the appropriate information. Note that you need to create a Twilio account because you will need to provide your Twilio Account ID and Account Token. This is a quick guide on how to create a Twilio account.

Step 3: Then add an agent.

Step 4: If you get the following screen, then your setup is good. Now copy the URL here, head on to Twilio and configure the message callback.

Step 5: So login to your Twilio console, navigate to programmable messages -> senders -> WhatsApp sender and click on signup to request access.

Step 6: Fill the form and click on request access.

If your request is granted, you will be able to see your phone number. Click on it, and it will display a field like the one shown below.

Step 8: Lastly, if you want to hand off a conversation to an agent, then head to settings->inboxes and disable auto-assign and edit agent.

From here on, you can start receiving messages from the WhatsApp channel in your chatwoot dashboard.

If you are instead configuring an SMS instead of a WhatsApp channel, then follow the same steps as above but choose SMS in the place of the WhatsApp channel and also, you won't need to configure a callback URL. You will start receiving messages in your dashboard whenever a customer sends you one.

Step 1: Click on Add Inbox button from Settings -> Inboxes page.

Step 2. Click on the Twitter icon.

Step 5. Add agents to your website inbox.

Step 6. Great! You have successfully created a Twitter inbox. Now you will be able to manage Twitter DMs and tweets mentioning you in the Chatwoot Inbox.

Step 7. If you want to update the agents who have access to the inbox, you can go to Settings > Inboxes, disable auto-assign and add or remove an agent.
